Service Process
Our Workflow: From Concept to Precision Engineering
To ensure every component meets the highest standards of performance and aesthetics, Jinhoy follows a rigorous, data-driven manufacturing process:
01. High-Precision 3D Laser Scanning
We utilize industry-leading 3D laser scanners to capture vehicle surfaces with millimeter precision. This digital foundation ensures that every kit we develop aligns perfectly with the original body lines, minimizing installation issues for the end-user.
02. Professional 3D CAD Design
Our design team transforms scan data into sophisticated CAD / CAM models. We don't just follow trends—we set them. By simulating structural integrity and aerodynamic flow, we optimize every spoiler and bumper for both style and performance.
03. Prototyping & Mockup Verification
Before committing to mass production, we create 1:1 scale mockups using 3D printing or CNC machining. This crucial step allows for real-vehicle fitment testing, preventing costly tooling modifications and significantly shortening the development cycle.
04. Precision Tooling & Mould Making
Quality starts with the mould. Jinhoy exclusively uses high-grade steel or aluminum alloys for tooling. Our durable moulds ensure consistent geometric accuracy and surface finish across tens of thousands of production cycles.
05. Advanced Plastic Forming Technologies
We offer versatile manufacturing methods tailored to product requirements:
- Injection Molding: For complex geometries and high-strength parts.
- Blow Molding: Ideal for lightweight, hollow-structure spoilers.
- Compression Molding: Focused on structural durability.
06. Industrial-Grade Automated Painting
Equipped with a high-capacity automated painting line, we provide OE-standard finishes with superior UV resistance. Our facility is capable of delivering 100 painted units within a 2-week lead time, ensuring your inventory stays replenished.
