STEP 02: High-Precision 3D Digital Acquisition

Utilizing high-end 3D Blue Light Scanning technology, we capture the exact geometry of the target vehicle. This creates a high-fidelity "Digital Twin", ensuring that all clips, mounting points, and interfaces achieve OEM-level tolerances for a seamless fit.

STEP 03: Advanced Design & CAD Simulation

Our professional designers utilize 3D modeling software to balance aesthetics with engineering. Beyond visual appeal, we conduct CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulations to optimize the drag coefficient, ensuring that custom kits deliver both stunning style and genuine aerodynamic performance.

STEP 04: Prototyping & Real-Vehicle Verification

Before proceeding to formal tooling, we produce a 1:1 scale mockup. By performing physical fitment tests on the actual vehicle, we meticulously verify mounting angles, gaps, and overall proportions to ensure a "plug-and-play" installation experience for the end-user.

STEP 05: Precision Tooling & Trial Run

We manage the entire mold development process in-house, utilizing high-grade imported steel to maximize tool life and consistency. We conduct multiple trial runs (T1–T3) to refine the product until it meets our rigorous standards for surface finish and structural integrity.

STEP 06: Mass Production, Painting & Quality Packaging

During mass production, every customized product undergoes a triple-stage quality inspection (Forming, Painting, and Final Assembly). Finally, we utilize professional-grade protective packaging to ensure your products arrive safely at any designated port worldwide.
